Restaurants typically use a great deal of energy, both in their kitchens as well as to keep their dining rooms comfortable for their guests. They also produce tons of food and packaging waste. Kalpa helps restaurants become more eco-efficient by reducing their inputs while simultaneously reducing their outputs.
