Laura has 25 years of professional experience in environmental
management and sustainability, with expertise in waste management and
reduction, sustainable food, responsible procurement and toxics
reduction. She served as the first Regional Sustainability Manager for a large food service operator on the west coast.
Laura has worked for government, non-profit and the private sector. She earned a Master in Public Health from University of California, Berkeley and Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Business from the Bainbridge Graduate Institute.
