What's New At Kalpa?
We conducted our Green Restaurant Workshop, and it was a big success. A good crowd of restaurant owners and food industry professionals joined our co-presenter Laura Weiss in a rich conversation about ways to bring sustainable practices to their operations. As marketing manager of The International Society of Sustainability Professionals, Kalpa principal Ray Berardinelli helped organize and promote ISSP Conference 2011, where sustainability professionals from around the world came together to share best practices and to shape the future of the profession.
